Shipping

Shipping costs, which do not include handling, are determined on an order by order basis. Size of order, destination of delivery and speed can affect the price.

We use UPS Canada to ship all packages unless otherwise arranged prior to finalizing order. Due to their perishable nature, fortune cookies cannot be insured for loss or damage during transit. If UPS Canada loses or damages your package(s), Fortune Cookies Canada does NOT take responsibilty and are not liable for ANY lost or damaged packages. Upon UPS Canada taking possession of your package(s), you agree to imdemnify Fortune Cookies Canada upon any loss or damage.

Payment

We accept PayPal or Credit Card (Visa, Master Card and American Express) as our preferred payment method for immediate order processing. We also accept Cash, Cheques & Money Orders, payable to: Fortune Cookies Canada

Please Note: All Canadian tax laws will apply to Canadian residents.

Delivery of Your Order

All orders are shipped with UPS Canada. Upon shipment, you will receive a tracking number so you track the progress of your package(s). Those who have not received their orders after the scheduled delivery date should notify UPS Canada for immediate tracking. If your order is not received to your satisfaction, contact us and we will remedy the problem at once.

We ship Monday through Friday.

Cancellations

All cancellations of your order must be received NO LATER THAN 12:00 PM (EST) THE NEXT BUSINESS DAY.

We strive to process your order within 24 hours of receiving final approvals and payment to ensure you receive your product in a timely manner. After your product has been confrimed, you may not cancel your order.

Due to the custom and perishable nature of the product, we are unable to provide refunds for any reason.
